Return & Exchenge
The item must be in the same condition you received. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns or exchange requests will be accepted beyond 14 days from purchase.
To start a return, contatc us. Please note that you will be charged for the cost of pick-up through our local courier, according to our delivery rates.
Damages Or Issues
Please review your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item has issues or damage. If you receive the wrong item, contact us to make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, if you’re returning an item, you are responsible for any damage done to it while it’s in your possession. The MoneYard INC is not responsible for loss or damage due to plant acclimation.
You will be refunded based on the item’s condition once it is returned.
Exceptions & Not Returnable Items
Delivery fees, sale/discount items, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return.
